perfect kettlebell swing form Kettlebell "Park Swings" Demo : Ladder Style to 50 reps

Whether you call them Park Swings or Dead Stop Swings, In this variation the Kettlebell comes to a touch on the ground [parked] while you sit down into a squat with your femur (upper leg) parallel to the ground.

It is then hiked back and transitioned into a regular one arm swing.




Ladder down from 7 on each side then 6,5,4,3 each side will give you 50 total swings. Oh .....and 50 Body weight squats!
